Design

Because we have complete in-house control of all design and construction processes and schedules, HomeMasons will provide a single point of contact and accountability from design to completion.

Planning

With the combined effort from our design and build team, you’ll know exactly what to expect with complete and detailed drawings and specifications, and the HomeMasons assurance of a complete job, minimizing unexpected costs.

Design

During our design process, we’ll learn about your unique vision for your home. Your objectives, priorities and stylistic preferences.. Let’s not be shy about budget and schedule – everyone wants to know about that up-front and wants to be kept in-the-loop as we progress. We spend a load of time and effort walking you through options including product selection in order to have everything specified before we start. This makes our projects far more efficient, and easier for you when we get to the construction phases. Decades of experience on hundreds of successful projects have led us to develop a system that WORKS. Transparency, a thorough and comprehensive scope of work, and a realistic budget. A game plan to create your project efficiently and beautifully. The result? You earn a trusted partnership, an easy process minimizing surprise or hidden costs or delays.

Build

Starting with our pre-construction meeting, we recognize that open communication is the key to meeting your expectations throughout this process. We want you to know what is happening on your job every day, and what to look forward to in the future. We have a designated employee on your site, regular check-ins by your team members as well as scheduled progress meetings. We employ a communications board on-site which allows for off-hours interaction between client, project managers, and our work crew. Written schedules are shared with you. When hiccups occur (and they do), we will present our recovery and resolution plan. We endeavor to present any and every concern or question with a recommended solution. Our communication plan assures the best management of schedule and quality control, and to allow the least possible disruption of your daily routine.
